What we collect
When you submit a wallet, contact us, or use the wallet-risk tool, we may collect: wallet addresses, transaction hashes, your name and email (if you provide them), incident description, and standard server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps).
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, perform forensic analysis you have requested, prevent abuse of free tools, and produce evidence packets for engaged matters. We do not sell or trade personal data.
Wallet-check tool
Addresses you submit to the free wallet-risk classifier are not retained beyond the rate-limit transient (one hour). We do not link them to your IP, email, or session.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Site Kit for aggregate site analytics. Standard cookies are set by WordPress for logged-in administration. Forensic functionality on the Site does not require third-party tracking cookies.
Sharing
We share information only as necessary to: (a) deliver the engagement you have contracted, (b) comply with lawful regulatory or law-enforcement requests, (c) prepare regulator-ready evidence packets at your direction. We do not share claimant data with the alleged operator under any circumstance.
Retention
Engagement files are retained for seven years for evidentiary and audit purposes. Free-tool submissions are not retained beyond the working session.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@cryptoandcode.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA; we honor verifiable requests.
