Terms & Conditions

Effective: April 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing cryptoandcode.com (the “Site”) or engaging CryptoAndCode Forensics (the “Practice”, “we”, “us”) for forensic services, you accept these Terms.

2. Forensic services scope

The Practice provides on-chain forensic analysis: wallet tracing, smart-contract bytecode review, address-clustering signals, off-ramp identification, and regulator-ready evidence packaging. We do not act as a fiduciary, custodian, or recovery agent. We do not contact alleged operators on a claimant’s behalf.

3. No fund custody

The Practice never holds, receives, or transfers claimant funds. Any communication that requests transfer of funds to the Practice is unauthorized. Report it immediately.

4. Engagement

A formal engagement requires a written scope describing deliverables, fee structure, and timelines. Submitting a wallet for review does not create an engagement; it begins a confidential intake.

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing; (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise Site security; (c) abuse the public wallet-check tool to enumerate addresses for scraping or harassment.

6. Intellectual property

All published forensic briefs, methodology pages, and proprietary content are owned by CryptoAndCode Forensics. Quotation with attribution is permitted; republication of full briefs requires written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practice’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from forensic engagements is limited to the fees paid to the Practice for that engagement. We are not liable for the actions or inactions of exchanges, regulators, or third parties.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kern County, California.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
